[dsg-svt] SVT R4 moved back to EEL 124 cleanroom

hello dsg, 
before you do any work for anybody or any group , you need to at the least inform me, better still get my approval. 
as i have to take care of many activities of many groups, not just one detector, this i think is not an unreasonable request. 
i am deeply disappointed that others do not use the mailing lists that have been set up to inform what the entire activity/process is to be, worse still some dsg members do not inform, let alone seek my approval.

I was not informed that RICH team was not aware of R4 move to the small room. It was moved upon the approval from the DSG. 


I already discussed the issue with Marco. 


Next time R4 is planned to be moved, send me email and wait for approval. Thank you

The small cleanroom must be kept as clean as possible to prevent any potential damage to RICH mirrors.
