[dsg-svt] Schedule for the SVT work

Hi Yuri,

In regards to the first point: Mindy has completed machining and assembly of the new patch panel box and I guess we'll install it sometime next week when the SVT is powered off. The initial plan is to just transfer the existing terminal blocks over without disconnecting all the cables, if that works out it hopefully will only take a few hours to complete.

I'm not sure on the other one.
