[dsg-svt] Schedule for the SVT work

Thank you Brian,

Please let me know when you are ready and we will schedule the work. For 
the next weeks we will be mostly taking long cosmic runs for alignment. 
Gas leaks are small, the premixed bottles we have should last. Saclay 
team will arrive beginning of October. Irakli is asking for a VXS crate, 
I am planning to give him temporary the one from R4. They will set up a 
test bench in EEL125 for a month to work on MVT/FTT/BONUS.
