Attached is 2 myaPlot charts of the trip today at 4:33.
Sequence of events as seen by the hardware interlock system:
1) 4:26:25 - Cooling temperature starts rising.
2) 4:32:59 - Cooling pressure starts dropping.
3) 4:33:00 - Cooling in-flow starts dropping.
4) 4:33:06 - Cooling in flow drops to .5L/m - Interlock limit=.5, cool
in-flow status = 1 (Fault).
5) 4:33:08 - After the 2 sec delay (current delay setting) - Cooling
in-flow latched error.
Hardware interlock operated correctly during this event.
In this trip, cooling temperature started rising first, otherwise the
sequence is the same.

Attached is a myaPlot chart of the trip today at 9:17:09.
Sequence of events as seen by the hardware interlock system:
1) 9:17:01 - Cooling pressure starts dropping.
2) 9:17:03 - Cooling in-flow starts dropping.
3) 9:17:07 - Cooling in flow drops to .5L/m - Interlock limit=.5, cool
in-flow status = 1 (Fault).
4) 9:17:09 - After the 2 sec delay (current delay setting) - Cooling
in-flow latched error.
Hardware interlock operating correctly during this event.
I saw the same for the trip yesterday.
We could increase the trip delay time for troubleshooting.

These readings have been unstable or failing completely for the past
months. I asked Brian to look into it. He fixed the issue several times
when there was direct wire connection to the patch panel blocks. Now
there are connectors but the problem is still there.
There is also a failing reading Humidity SB3.
Yesterday there were 2 SVT trips. I disabled the coolant pressure
interlock in the evening, no trips overnight. Enabled it again. A log
with interlock trip time stamps would be very helpful to debug the trips.

R3S1T & R3S1B temperature sensor readings are unstable and has
increased over the last hour from nominal (~-4.9C) to 25 - 30C.
Low voltage/current readback for R3S1T/B is normal.
All other HFCB temperatures are normal.
