[dsg-svt] [New Logentry] Inlet Temperature - Controller Settings

The constants used to de-interpolate the signal to voltage were updated for the inlet temperature.

A picture is attached of the current settings, the previous values were 0 CEL for low units and 1.67 V for the low signal.

It was verified that negative temperature values would be displayed in EPICS.
