[dsg-svt] [New Logentry] SVT Chiller Failure

The Lauda chiller (NEMA 5-15 plug) used for the SVT failed, attached are pictures of the (extremely unhelpful) error message.

The Lauda chiller (NEMA L21-30 plug) previously used for cooling the N2 has been swapped into it's place.
