Dear Collaborators,

The accelerator is down due to transformer failure that happened 
yesterday. The recovery may take a long time, days if not weeks.
For now we cancel CLAS12 shifts until 08:00 Thursday March 8th. We will 
send an update as soon as we have any new information.

    Dear Collaborators,

    Today the accelerator site experienced power outage which brought
    down CHL, ESR, accelerator and halls.
    Recovery will take substantial amount of time. All Hall B shifts are
    canceled from now until 16:00 tomorrow, Tuesday March 6th.
    Stay tuned for further updates tomorrow.

    There will be an opportunity for the Hall B safety walkthrough
    tomorrow morning at 11:00. The walkthrough starts in Hall B counting
    room.
