[dsg-svt] PR for SVT Hardware Interlock Processor

Hi Volker,

The SVT Hardware Interlock System processor has failed and we do not 
have spares for this unit.

We need a replacement ASAP to get this system working again. PR # 375684 
has been submitted for the replacement part ($3774)

Typical delivery time is ~3-4 weeks.

DSG will attempt to get a loaner processor operational to temporary get 
this system working until the delivery of the replacement, but there are 
no guarantees this will be possible.
