[dsg-svt] SVT R4's location in EEL 124

Hello Yuri, 

Next week, there is a GEM detector from UVA that will be moving into EEL 124 for some testing. They will need a 20 ft x 20 ft area. 

After meeting with Walt Akers, the best place in EEL 124 for their test area is the back left corner of EEL 124 where SVT Region 4 is currently stored. 

Could SVT R4 be moved to another part of the clean room to fully clear that back corner area?
