[dsg-svt] SVT R4's location in EEL 124

Hello Walt,

I do understand this. There was no space requests yet because this work 
is still being planned. To ask for space I would need to get more 
information from Latifa about the schedule and availability of 
resources. This is not a small project. I reminded Latifa this morning, 
she is busy but promised to look into it. We will provide you with the 
official request ASAP.
