Hi Yuri,

Here is the link the the final version HFCB document. This document is 
comprehensive, but not in the form of a manual. There are also links to 
the original HFCB (Version 1) technical manual, and some design changes 
since it was written are in the power point presentations. All the 
changes are included in the first listed document.
