[dsg-hallb_svt] A list of activities during SAD

Dear All,

Here is the sequence of tasks for the CVT integration and commissioning 
in EEL124 and in the hall  during the SAD (resources needed are listed 
in parentheses):

- modify the SVT hardware interlock system (DSG)

- modify the CVT thermal insulation (hall)

- order the MVT premix gas bottles (hall)

- renew the CVT integration and commissioning OSPs

- move the BMT support, crates and services to EEL124 (hall)

- install the MVT gas services in EEL124 (hall and DSG)

- install the SVT dry air high flow purging system in EEL124 (hall)

- install the CVT racks and crates in EEL124 (DSG)

- move the CVT integration cart to EEL124 (hall)

- install the SVT cooling system in EEL124 (hall)

- install anti-static mats and cable trays in EEL124 (DSG)

- mount the SVT on the support tube (hall)

- align and survey the SVT (survey)

- connect the SVT services (DSG)

- commission the SVT DAQ and services

- install the SVT standalone trigger (FE)

- commission the SVT on cosmics, standalone trigger

- integrate the BMT detector

- install the BMT DAQ in EEL124

- mount the BMT on the integration cart (hall)

- align and survey the BMT (survey)

- connect the BMT services (DSG)

- commission the BMT DAQ and services

- commission the CVT on cosmics, the SVT cosmic trigger

- transport the CVT to the hall

- transport and install the CVT electronics and services in the hall 
(hall, DSG)

- install the CVT on the space frame cart (hall)

- align and survey the CVT (survey)

- connect and commission the CVT services (DSG)

- commission the CVT DAQ

- commission the CVT on cosmics, CTOF trigger
