[dsg-hallb_svt] CVT work

Hello Brian,


We are planning to mount the SVT on the support tube early next week. 
Once it is mounted, we will need help from DSG to connect and route the 
cable bundles and setup the SVT test bench. In parallel we are setting 
the BMT test stand. Here is the current location of the crates after the 
changes you suggested. Please let me know if you have comments. Thank 
you for your help.
