[dsg-hallb_svt] CVT work

Hi Yuri,
I connected as much of R1 as I could but I've found the following issues:
* R1 M7 - The J3 connector on the L1C has multiple bent/damaged pins, I didn't connect it.
* R1 M10 - The white conductor of the SC cable broke between the pin and cable (this is for the cable shield and isn't needed to read temperature)
* R1 M2 - The J2 connector has multiple bent pins, I did connect this one since it didn't look that bad (left LV disconnected though) however I didn't screw the plate down as the cooling pipe insulation was interfering.
* R1 M3 - The J3 has a single bent pin, also connected this one and left LV disconnected
Just as a FYI it's much easier to connect the data cable before mounting the L1C to the yellow plate.
Also I'd suggest using some other tape than the yellow 3M electrical tape, it leaves a residue behind when removed.
I'm not sure connecting the crate end first was the best way to go, some of the cables BARELY made it and they feel quite tight usually because only one of the cables in the module bundle is looped around something. I did the best I could without redoing all the work that was already done, but we'll have to see how the other regions go.
I connected the R2 HTSB boards, but could only verify that HTSB3 works as half of it goes to the hardware interlocks, the VME/V450 still seems to not be online/working yet.

Brian, we are done for today. Please start with cabling the detector and ambient sensors, this is the highest priority, HV connector repair is not on the critical path, we can always connect this channel to a different connector to test the module. It is important to connect R1 so we could cool the modules and proceed with testing it. Rafayel and I arranged the cable bundles on the crate side but they are still messy.

Yes, but I'm not sure if there will be enough slack in the cable to cut off the old pin and crimp on a new one, but I'll at least try that.
If that doesn't work I'll just swap the HV patch panel boxes. The labeling will be wrong, but it will be the fastest way to get it up and running.
