[dsg-hallb_svt] CVT work

Brian, we are done for today. Please start with cabling the detector and 
ambient sensors, this is the highest priority, HV connector repair is 
not on the critical path, we can always connect this channel to a 
different connector to test the module. It is important to connect R1 so 
we could cool the modules and proceed with testing it. Rafayel and I 
arranged the cable bundles on the crate side but they are still messy.
