Since I'm not sure if that's part of the pressure system or not, so Bob/Hall B will need to connect the tubing to the MFC.
There is already ambient sensors connected to the hardware interlocks. When I was connecting the patch panel I wasn't sure where the other environmental ones for the V450 went.
As for the ambient sensors, do you know which ones were used in the L1C area? I can add that later tonight.

I am checking it. We would need to have the MFC connected to our nitrogen purging line to control the flow remotely (Sergey already moved it to 86 domain by your request) and ambient sensors (temperature and humidity) to remotely monitor conditions in the clean room. Thank you

I'm not sure the picture conveyed it very well, but the ice build up was fairly thick.
