Hello Brian,


I am checking it. We would need to have the MFC connected to our 
nitrogen purging line to control the flow remotely (Sergey already moved 
it to 86 domain by your request) and ambient sensors (temperature and 
humidity) to remotely monitor conditions in the clean room. Thank you
