[dsg-hallb_svt] CVT work

Has it been worked out where the CVT is going to be located? It wasn't clear to me if there was still issues with GEM moving out or not.

I'm not going to be able to move racks/crates myself, but smaller/lighter things like patch panels I can.

The cRIO has been tested and if things are in their place I can connect it tomorrow night. Or I could just move the patch panel to the cRIO and connect it there?

The blue racks belong to Hall B, the black ones Hall D. I've asked about using the black ones but haven't received a response, but I don't see any issue with using them since it's just temporary.
