[dsg-hallb_svt] SVT testing

Hello Brian,

We started purging and cooling the SVT to test R3. While we were 
connecting it, we found 2 issues with Nanonics pins and broken 
temperature connector on L1C (module 18). This connector was repaired 
and glued before, we'll need to evaluate a possibility to fix it.

SB3 sensor is still malfunctioning.
