[dsg-hallb_svt] MFC

[Yuri Gotra]

Hello Brian,


MFC operation is critical for the safe operation of the SVT. We have to 
interrupt the work and this will affect the schedule. Could you please 
send us instructions on re-initializing the MFC, we are waiting for it 
to come alive since this morning. Thank you
