[dsg-hallb_svt] SVT hardware interlock disconnected

Thank you Brian,


Rafayel went to the clean room and it is working from there, he was able 
to clear the interlock error. Somehow it is still disconnected from my 
VNC and restarting clascss did not help. I will try direct ssh to the 
clon pc.
