[dsg-hallb_svt] SVT hardware interlock disconnected

It was showing up as disconnected on the main IOC screen and nearly all the indicators on the SVT Hardware interlocks were showing up as disconnected as well.

Not sure what you’re referring to.  If you’re referring to the IOC for the hardware interlocks, that  never ever needs to be restarted.  If you’re restarting it to solve something, please let me know.

Rafayel went to the clean room and it is working from there, he was able to clear the interlock error. Somehow it is still disconnected from my VNC and restarting clascss did not help. I will try direct ssh to the clon pc.
