[dsg-hallb_svt] Few cable repairs

Hello Brian,


The CVT was moved to the hall and now is being installed on L1. The 
highest priority is to connect the chiller, ambient sensors, MFCs, and 
the interlocks so we can start cooling the SVT and purging. There is an 
OSP in the counting house to be signed.
