[dsg-hallb_svt] Ambient sensors for the CVT

Hello Brian,

Could you or one of the DSG experts add one more SVT sensor board to the 
patch panel and PV list. The board is mounted on the bottom of the BMT, 
cables routed to the patch panel but not connected to it, labeled as CVT 
FC bottom. The hall will be locked later today and be in the controlled 
access tomorrow all day. Thank you
