[dsg-hallb_svt] Ambient sensors for the CVT

Sorry for the delayed response, I connected the sensors to existing (but unused) spots yesterday.

The temp sensor PVs
B_SVT_EX_ENV_TEMP_SB2_T1_SL11
B_SVT_EX_ENV_TEMP_SB2_T2_SL11

Humidity PVs
B_SVT_ENV_Hum_SB10_H1_SL12
B_SVT_ENV_Hum_SB10_H2_SL12

They're on the V450 Hardware screen, but if you want it displayed elsewhere you'll have to ask Nathan to add them.

Hello Brian,

Could you or one of the DSG experts add one more SVT sensor board to the patch panel and PV list. The board is mounted on the bottom of the BMT, cables routed to the patch panel but not connected to it, labeled as CVT FC bottom. The hall will be locked later today and be in the controlled access tomorrow all day. Thank you
