Hello,

This afternoon was performed the swapping of Q1 and HX Controlnet modules by two Ethernet modules (EN2T and ENBT).

Ethernet cables were connected from Ethernet switch to Q1 and HX PLC chassis. After the swapping the following were the findings:

    1. Noticed communication problems with Ethernet module (ENBT) swapped on HX PLC chassis. We were not able to communicate with this (ENTB) module, Net LED indicator showed on its front display of the module was not blinking (under normal operation green light blinks). To solve issue:
-Verified proper Ethernet switch ports and connections
- Ethernet cable swapped by one used for
- Verified correct MAC address for the IP assigned on the .165 Hallc Network
- Attempt local Ethernet connection to try manual IP setting assignment through DHCP software, did not work.

    2. Q1 Ethernet module (EN2T) connected to the network with not problem (able to ping it and showed in RSLINK software), but we found issues in the .ACD PLC file after it was connected and run, status show error connections.

Since time was tight, we could not solve these issues, and Controllnet modules for Q1 and HX PLC chassis were installed back, configurations re-established for controlNet networks. The two Ethernet modules (EN2T and ENBT) were taken to DSG controll room for more testing and debugging.

Best Regards,
Pablo
