[Dsg-hallc_controls] connector-to-terminal-block adapter needed for APC UPS relay card

Hello Steve, 

To be able to wire the APC UPS's relay card that we installed on Tuesday to the PLC, we will need an adapter to convert the 25-pin d-sub connector to a terminal block. 

Would Hall C have one of these adapters on hand? 

If not, I can submit a PR for one.
