[Dsg-hallc_controls] HMS controlnet upgrade

Hi Steve, 

I confirmed with Rockwell's technical support that 1756-CNB Controlnet modules used for the HMS Remote PLC chassis (x5) do not need to be replaced; we only need to replace CNB/D Controlnet modules by CN2 Controlnet modules in the Primary and Secondary HMS PLC chassis. 

1756-RM2 is the newer version of the 1756-RM redundant module, 1756-RM2 modules have improved features like faster communication between them (1000 Mbps), redundant fiber ports, long distance connections between RM modules (up to 10 Km) and the most important as Brian mentioned this 1756-RM2 modules are supported with the firmware controller 20.58. 

The 1756-ENBT modules (x2) that will be replaced in the Primary and Secondary HMS PLC chassis can be used in the HMS Remote PLC chassis if it is desired. 

Based on this information, the following components will be needed for the upgrades:

3 	2 	1756-CN2 	C 
Note: early series for EN2T modules (eg. Series B,C) and CN2 modules (eg. Series B) are also supported with 20.58 firmware.

I'm not sure about the CNB ControlNet modules in a remote chassis. While I think they will work, Rockwell will need to be contacted to get confirmation. 

On the bright side we know we can use the current ENBT modules from the HMS primary/secondary chassis in the remote chassis as we've already done this on SHMS. 

The 1756-RM2 is supported with 20.58 firmware.
