Hi Steve, 

>From your attached screen shots it seems like you will need to configure your Ethernet driver on RSLink Classic. 
The IP adrress for the SHMS ethernet module is 129.57.165.13. Then you can try again on RSLOGIX5000 by re-assigning the correct path to the SHMS PLC controller and go online with no problems.

Subject: Controls7 issue 

Hi, 

I am having to use controls7 pc for work as the laptop ccont01 is being repaired (just a black screen). 

The HMI is working fine on controls7 but the rslogix program cannot find the path to the PLC's inside the fence. 
Also, it cannot obtain a license fro skylla7 for rslogix. 

I am working from home today, so I need to stay on controls7.
