Hi Steve, 

Another list of the modifications I made to the Q3 rack, this time so that the HMS shutter can be opened remotely and a read back for when the open limit switch is activated. 

TLDR: HMS Q3 PLC Slot 2 Channel 0 gets a 24 VDC signal when the shutter is open. When HMS Q3 PLC Slot 4 Channel 1 momentarily closes (long enough to latch the motor contacts) the HMS shutter will open. Note that TS-PLC-02 is not wired as shown in the print. 

Also attached are to old schematics I found in the control boxes. Not sure if the door drive one is correct but the shutter one is mostly right.
