[Dsg-hallc_controls] [New Logentry] CAEN Mainframe Network Settings

After checking with Brad it was okay to do so I set the gateway on both hccaen13 & hccaen14 to be 129.57.168.1 via the built-in web page.

Previously this wasn't set at all which meant devices on other subnets couldn't reach (ping, web page, etc) them even when they should have been able to.
