Hello Greg,

So, we ran into a little issue when we tried to enable the Advanced Features:
the code didn't work because we gave you the wrong serial number.
The serial number I gave you was for the crate, not the CPU.
The correct serial number (for the CPU) is:
0810
Would you be able to generate a new code using this new serial number so that we can enable the Advanced Features?

Here you'll find the code to activate the advanced software feature:  g13241c08197a09072l07

I think your team has already done this and knows how, but should you need a refresher the instructions may be found on page 6 of the attached GECO2020 manual.
