[Dsg-hallc_controls] Potting epoxy to secure Radiall connector pins

I spoke with our Glasgow colleagues about the issues with the Radiall
pins and what epoxy they settled on.

They tried a number of compounds, but found that that the 'quick-set'
version of either the Loctite or Araldite 2-part epoxy worked well for
them.
