[Dsg-hallc_epics] SY1527 mainframe + HV development

At the meeting today we discussed briefly the possibility of the DSG 
testing out our new CAEN mainframe.  It turns out that the mainframe is 
here, although the boards to populate it are not.  We do have a spare 
board that we can put in the mainframe.

So if the DSG willing to test out the this mainframe, contact Brad 
Sawatzky to arrange moving the mainframe to your lab.

Having this mainframe would also have the benefit of allowing 
development of new HV GUIs without worrying about impacting running 
experiments.  (I will need to show whoever is the softioc expert how to 
setup the softioc that is needed to enhance the builtin EPICS on the 
mainframe.)

On a separate note, if there are system changes needed on cdaql2 to 
support CSS, also contact Brad.  He will make and keep track of those 
changes so that the can be eventually propagated to our other cdaq machines.
