[Dsg-hallc_epics] Hall C HV PV naming formula

Hello Steve,


We've started looking at the .tcl files you showed us in last week's meeting.


We can see that the PVs for HallC's HV monitoring and controls are of the format hchvA : 0B : 0CC : ... .

Is it correct to say that for a HV Channel, CC is its channel number on the card in slot B of crate A?

If the above is true, we should be able to use the information in HV.hvc and HV.group files to programmatically assign PVs to objects on CSS screens.
