[Dsg-hallc_epics] Hall C HV CSS on/off control was using readback PV

Hello Steve,


In the meeting today, we saw that the HV on/off control button did not work.


It turns out that the on/off controls were also using the readback PV (hchv2:00:000:Pwr when it should be ...:Pw).


To make sure this is the case, I manually changed the control for HMS Hodoscope 1 X channel h1x01+ to the correct PV, toggled it, and verified that the on/off control worked.  Before logging out of cdaql2, I used caget to verify that the channel is indeed off.


Since the problem seems to be a matter of using the readback PV instead of the control PV, this will be easy enough to fix in the TCL/TK to CSS conversion program.


We should be done with any testing for today that would require a channel to be turned on/off.
