Hi Aaron,

Just a couple updates/corrections/clarifications to the notes for Items
2.3 and 2.4.

[Item 2.3]
I received these two modules from George and installed them in the crate
in the ESB:
  SY4527  Primary Power Supply (ser 0640)
  Sy45627 Booster Power Supply (ser 0109)
The original Primary Power Supply and Booster for the crate in the ESB
were used as replacements for a production Hall C crate in early
September (seen next item).

[Item 2.4]
I think the units that George must be testing are the two units that I
pulled from a production Hall C crate and dropped off with you guys in
early September?
  - SY4527 Primary Power Supply  (ser 0241)
    - 'Vcc' lamp was off (this is not normal)
  - Sy45627 Booster Power Supply (ser 0051)
    - I swapped this out at the same time as the above unit 'just in
      case', but this Booster is probably fine.  (I have no reason to
      suspect it.)
