[Dsg-hallc_nps] [EXTERNAL] Signal cable labelling scheme (and general labelling)

Hi all,

Our vendor is ready to start producing the RG-58 signal cables and is
asking how we want them labelled.

My inclination is for the label scheme to follow the pattern imposed by
the 36 channel HV cards (which aligns with the 36 crystal columns).

** I would like to start counting at '0'. The CAEN software and the
analyzer are generally indexed that way, and there is eternal
confusion and off-by-one errors if we mix conventions. Please let's
just start counting at zero :-)

So I would suggest a labelling scheme of "row# - col$", starting at 0:
  00 - 00
   . . .
  00 - 35

  01 - 00
   . . .
  01 - 35
   . . .
   . . .
  29 - 00
   . . .
  29 - 35

Any objections / comments?

If another label scheme already exists, please send me the spec so we
are consistent.
