[Dsg-hallc_nps] SAMTEC connectors

   The last I have seen was the email on 8/25 from Thi.
   So, I believe no further thought has been given to an alternative.
   I do not have a problem with the connectors, assuming the OSP states no plugging and unplugging under voltage. I'm
certain that is how people would prefer the work to be done on the detector, with HV off.
