I have talked to Chris Cuevas some and he has talked to someone on the electrical safety committee. The impression I am getting is that, in light of previous accidents and the office of enforcement visit, we should be very reluctant to use under-rated parts. We should set up a meeting with him and all interested to discuss what we can grandfather in, if anything, and what needs to be redesigned. Chris is unfortunately busy this week with a conference, so it will have to be next week.

We don’t have to rush to order anything before the end of the fiscal year. It would have been nice, but we do have money in next year’s budget.
