At this point I'm thinking we should wrap up all tests here and ship any
deficient modules back to CAEN for repair.
Let's generate a spreadsheet of all boards with issues (firmware,
hardware faults, pin issues, etc) and we can talk with Greg Kibilko
about timetables and who will be paying for shipping.
