Hello All,
And here I thought that the new year would bring only good things! :(
I spoke with CAEN about this odd issue. It certainly appears as if
Radiall provided CAEN with a batch of clamps that are either the
incorrect part or were not manufactured correctly.
We want to get the correct clamp pieces to you as quickly as possible
and avoid having to wait for Radiall to deliver more. CAEN will scour
their offices to see what we have in-house. It's past hours there now,
but I'm anticipating more information from them next Monday. I'll follow
up with you when I have it.
I apologize for the issue and promise that we'll get it resolved ASAP.
