[Dsg-hallc_nps] Coordination for NPS low voltage IOC testing

Hi Bob,

I was only able to run a quick test on the EPICS IOC so far today. Everything is still working as expected.

Tomorrow morning, I will do more tests with the NPS LV EPICS IOC. These tests will be more "complete" and involve setting and reading the voltage and current from the MPOD channels using the CSS Phoebus interface.

I can presently see in the MPOD crate that there is only a cable connected to the first LV group in slot 0 of the MPOD. With that, for the tests for tomorrow, I'll mainly focus on the LV channels in slot 2 of the MPOD.

Thank you for this work. Yes we can let you use the LV tomorrow. Getting this EPICS IOC working is a priority. Your efforts are appreciated.

Bob

Hi Bob and Brad,

We’re ready for one more test of the NPS low voltage EPICS IOC.

This test will be both monitoring and control. I’ll also test the CSS Phoebus screen that Mary Ann made for the LV monitoring and control.

Would the NPS LV MPOD be available/unused by you all tomorrow (12/14) afternoon or Thursday 12/15 morning?
