[Dsg-hallc_nps] access to chillers?

Hi Brad and Carlos,

We are developing the chiller interlock program and would like access to one of the chillers to test the communication path.
Would we be able to get one of these chillers and place it in the EEL building (rm 121) before assembly starts in April/May?
