[Dsg-hallc_nps] [New Logentry] Recovered NPS Crystal Temps

Was contacted by Charles Hyde and informed that the crystal temperatures were not updating properly in the Phoebus GUI.
The temperatures were all around 17C for every crystal, which is unrealistic.
It was suggested that the Keysight mainframe be power cycled.
I power cycled the Keysight mainframe remotely and then all values read -7777 (which is the error code for when a channel has not been scanned).
Attempted to remotely power cycle the mainframe three times with the same result.
Josh Crafts and Charles Hyde entered the hall to manually power cycle the mainframe.
Pressing the power button on the mainframe did not resolve the issue, but unplugging the power cord from the back of the mainframe and plugging it back in did resolve the issue.
All sensor readings are back and showing on the Phoebus GUI.
