Hello Brad and Bob,

As Aaron mentioned, we plan to be onsite to correct any lingering issues that may exist with the connectors on the A7030TN purchased before the pandemic hit.  While we are there it makes sense to address any other outstanding issues with the CAEN Mainframe HV systems.  Are there any other issues you'd like us to address or resolve?  If so we'll take this opportunity to prepare.

Just as a reminder, the work that needs to be done is that the module mounted connectors need to be potted to prevent the pins from becoming unseated.
The connectors for the cables have already been potted by DSG.

Let me know if either of these dates will work or if we need to come up with some other time frame.

Hi Aaron,

Happy New Year!  I hope you guys had a chance to get a little downtime during the holidays.  We managed a little time off, but now everyone is back in the office and I'm thinking it might be a good time to try to settle on dates for our onsite maintenance.

We intend to address the pin issues for your A7030TN, and then we also want to look at any A7235 or A7435 HV boards in the halls.  Based on our records there are probably around 60 of those boards, but I think most of them are probably in Hall B and Hall D.  Could you check if you have any A7235 or A7435?

I understand that the machine is down beginning in March so I'm thinking we could arrive either on either March 6th or March 13th (both Mondays).  As for the duration, we're still not sure but we expect it will require at least 1 week onsite, if not a bit more.  Do you have a preference between those weeks?
