Hi Brad,
So, the high voltage cables terminate with Radiall connectors.
These connectors have been potted by DSG to prevent the pins from becoming unseated and the cables were tested again to verify that potting didn't alter the performance of the cables.
The connectors that are mounted on the CAEN high voltage boards still need to be potted.
This was work that we started planning just before the pandemic, but never got the chance to complete.
The hv modules will most likely be fine if the connectors aren't potted, but to be on the safe side we decided that they should all be potted if possible.
What we don't want is to have the pins come unseated during the experiment and then someone has to open up a module to reseat the pins.

Hi Bob, Aaron,
My understanding is that all of the 'NPS' high density connectors
were tested and fixed by the DSG some time back (couple years ago)
as part of the testing/QA process we did on the CAEN equipment.
I think that is what Aaron noted in the email(?)
Aaron, are there fixes to NPS HV hardware that are still pending?
