[Dsg-hallc_nps] CAEN SY4527 EPICS service question

Hi,

We have a CAEN SY4527 crate with the EPICS server enabled.
The problem is that using the online tool (typing in the IP address of the crate) we can't see any information about the HV boards (A7030TN) that are connected to the crate.
If we open GECO 2020, we can see all of the boards connected, but we can't see any EPICS info for these boards.

This is something that we have never seen before, any idea why this would happen or how to fix it?
