[Dsg-hallc_nps] PMT bases

I delivered a box with the remaining 198 bases that I was given, bringing the total to 738. I will need 62 more bases to finish the request for 800. Yesterday I stated that I needed 60 more bases, however, one of the packages of 10 only contained eight.
