I'd be interested to know how they fixed the problem.
And what kind of HV crates they're trying to communicate with.

It looks like the experimenters fixed their problems.   So, there's no urgency now.
I've asked them to document the experience in the HALOG logbook.

We're using the CAEN mainframes in Hall A.  Steve Wood set up a lot of the
EPICS, I think they use CS Studio.  Now, some hall A workers are having trouble.
See the logbook below.  Are you able to consult on this ?  It might be something
simple, but sadly we are ignorant, or at least I am.
